NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Trustees of the Board of Education hereby approve the Stipulation of Settlement entered into on or about February 27, 2020, as well as, and without limitations, all agreements and contracts necessary to implement said Stipulation, in full resolution of a notice of intent to seek tuition reimbursement and other costs, filed against the District, dated December 11, 2019.
