WHEREAS the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers is required to provide instructional services to students of the Yonkers Public School District who are unable to attend school due to drug and alcohol involvement or server emotional/behavior problems, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with the above named provider Learnwell that is now known as EI US, LLC dba Learnwell.
