Resolution:

WHEREAS the Yonkers City School District assures that the 2024-2025 District Comprehensive Improvement Plan (DCIP) will be administered in accordance with all applicable statutes, regulations, program plans and applications SEC. 8306. [20 U.S.C. 7846](a)(1) to support the development and implementation of the district and school continuous improvement plans and thereby improve student performance, and,
WHEREAS the 2024-2025 SIG Basic funds are provided to support implementation and monitoring of 2024-2025 District Comprehensive Improvement Plans (DCIP) and school-level improvement plans and planning of 2024-25 district and school improvement activities as required in the ESEA.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Yonkers City School District hereby adopts the 2024-2025 District Comprehensive Improvement Plan (DCIP).
