Resolution:

WHEREAS, Article 52, Section 2554 of New York State Education Law provides that a school district retains a Claims Auditor, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Education issued a Request for Proposal (RFP No. 341B) for a Claims Auditor providing for an option to renew by mutual consent for up to two additional 12-month periods and the Board wishes reappoint Tobin & Company Certified Public Accountants, PC for the 2018-2019 school year, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education reappoints Tobin & Company, Certified Public Accountants, PC for an additional year for an amount not to exceed $54,000 annually.
