Rationale: This is to authorize the Superintendent of School to enter into a 3 year lease with Allpro Parking operators of the public parking garage at 45 Warburton Avenue. This will provide 197 parking spaces to the Central Office building at an initial cost of $92.70 per space per month. The term of this contract shall commence on January 1, 2020 and continue for 36 months terminating on December 31, 2023. The cost are to be $219,143.00 for year one, up to $225,717 year two and up to $232,489 year three.
Funding: 450.5150.100000.1620.B2300.001 (Local Contractual) $219,143.00 year one.
Resolution: Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS; the District has a need for adequate parking for its Central Office at One Larkin Center, and,

WHEREAS; such parking is available and offered to the District at the garage located at 45 Warburton Avenue by AllPro Parking, LLC, and

WHEREAS; the District has negotiated a 3 year lease for 197 parking spaces at $92.70 per space per month for year one and an increase of 3% maximum for each subsequent year, and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education authorize the Superintendent of Schools to execute this lease agreement with Allpro Parking, LLC, 465 Main Street, Suite 200A, Buffalo, New York 14203 for an amount not to exceed $219,143.00 for year one, up to $225,717 year two and up to $232,489 year three.
