Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers is required to provide instructional services to students of the Yonkers Public School District who are unable to attend school because of hospitalization due to drug and alcohol involvement or severe emotional/behavioral problems
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Never Alone in the amended amount not to exceed $14,100.00
