Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS, in accordance with General Municipal Law, the administration recommends the award to the following So. Westchester County BOCES Contract Vendor, and
WHEREAS, the selected vendor will furnish all labor and material and install Scranton Products Partitions to the Yonkers Public Schools as specified in their So. Westchester BOCES Contract No. 2017-18-C12
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the award for the furnishing and installation of new Bathroom Partitions for William Boyce Thompson School be awarded as follows:
