Scope: Includes, but not limited to, providing review of Design Development plans and specifications prepared by Pustola & Assoc., the architect of record, for the Yonkers Film and Television Production Academy (name pending BOE and NYSED approval), acting on behalf of i- Park Riverdale, LLC, landlord of the school. Architectural/engineering services as specified under Contract 2020-0628 are required for the review.

Resolution:

WHEREAS by Resolution 15.15 dated February 26, 2020, the Board of Education authorized the award of a requirements based, professional Architectural/Engineering services Contract 2020-0628 to Fuller and D’Angelo, P.C. Architects & Planners in response to District RFP404 “Architectural & Engineering Services for the School Facilities Management Department” for an amount not to exceed $1 million, and
WHEREAS architectural/engineering services as specified under the above contract are required for the review of the Design Development plans and specifications for the Yonkers Film and Television Production Academy (name pending BOE and NYSED approval), and
WHEREAS the response by Fuller and D’Angelo, P.C. Architects & Planners is to be deemed most advantageous to the District at a cost of $7,950.00 for a term of 365 calendar days.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Fuller and D’Angelo, P.C. Architects & Planners for $7,950.00.
