Resolution:

WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers, New York and CSEA have engaged in collective negotiations; and
WHEREAS, the collective negotiations between the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers and CSEA have resulted in the attached Memorandum of Agreement; and
WHEREAS, after consideration of the Agreement, the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers wishes to state its approval by ratifying the Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Yonkers Board of Education hereby approves the Agreement between the Board of Education and CSEA attached hereto effective through June 30, 2020.
