NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Trustees of the Board of Education hereby approve the Stipulation of Settlement entered into on or about November 10, 2022, as well as, and without limitations, all agreements and contracts necessary to implement said Stipulation, in full resolution of an Impartial Due Process Demand received by the District dated February 14, 2022; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent and/or his designee is hereby authorized to execute any documents in furtherance of this resolution.
