This is to furnish and install 60 double tier locker units (120 lockers) to replace deteriorated units in Cesar E. Chavez School.
A request for quotes was issued by the City on July 6, 2018 one response was received. YES was sole bidder using prices from their Westchester BOCES Contract number 2017-18-C12.

Resolution:

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: additional lockers are required at Caesar E. Chavez School, and
WHEREAS: these lockers are available for purchase and installation through Westchester BOCES contract 2017-18-C12 at an acceptable price from Young Equipment Supply, and
WHEREAS: in accordance with General Municipal Law, the District is permitted to avail itself of the goods awarded in this contract
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the purchase order to furnish and install new lockers at Caesar E. Chavez School be awarded to:
Young Equipment Sales, Inc.

Hauppauge, NY 11788
Through Westchester BOCES contract 2017-18-C12 an amount not to exceed $16,585.00
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Yonkers Board of Education authorizes the Purchasing Agent to issue a purchase order to Young Equipment Sales, Inc.
