This is for the purchase of a new a sewer jetter machine that will be used to clear obstructions in pipes and drains that are beyond the reach of plumbers and any other machinery already on hand.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS in compliance with General Municipal Law bids were publicly solicited, opened and read aloud on September 15, 2017 for the furnishing and delivery of one Warrior Hydrojet Tier 4, one Spartan Nozzle Kit and one Warrior Remote Control and
WHEREAS: as a result of an examination of the bids and backup documentation submitted, the administration determined that the responsive and lowest responsible bidder to be Spartan Tool LLC., with a bid of $46,035.50.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the award for RFB 6186 for a Warrior Hydrojet Tier 4, Spartan Nozzle Kit and Warrior Remote Control be awarded to Spartan Tool, LLC., 1506 W. Division St., Mendota, Illinois 61342 in an amount of $46,035.50 for a term of 365 calendar days.
