NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Trustees of the Board of Education hereby approve the Stipulation of Settlement entered into on or about April 28, 2020, as well as, and without limitations, all agreements and contracts necessary to implement said Stipulation, in full resolution of a request for an impartial hearing filed against the District on April 1, 2020.
