Rationale:
|
Amendment to the Resolution approved September 19, 2017 for Catapult Learning, LLC (17.5). Additional information was added with specific dates of service for the Agreement with Catapult Learning, LLC to provide Title I supplemental instructional services to eligible students in selected non-public schools. Catapult Learning will also provide parent engagement materials and activities as per the Title I federal guidelines. Catapult Learning will provide Title II professional development services to selected non-public schools.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Catapult Learning, LLC for the 2017/2018 school year to purchase consulting services to provide Title I supplemental instructional services to selected non-public schools and will also provide parent engagement materials and activities as per the Title I federal guidelines. Catapult Learning will also provide Title II professional development services to selected non-public schools for the 2017-2018 school year. WHEREAS the district administration has designed, in conjunction with Catapult Learning, a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and, WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Catapult Learning to provide these services, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Catapult Learning at a cost not to exceed $370,197.00
