Resolution:
|
Wheras the Yonkers Public School District provides transportation services for J.C. and the State Education Department allows a contract with Coxsackie Transport Company.
Now Therefore Be It Resolved : That said contract to be effective Oct 16,2017.
And Be It Further Resolved : that in accordance of the terms and conditions of contract modifications and hereby approved on condition that no such modification may exceed ten (10%) percent of contract price set forth without prior approval of The Board Of Education.
And Be It Further Resolved: that the Yonkers Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of schools to enter into the transportation contract agreement for the 2017-2018 School Year.
