NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board hereby approves the Stipulation of Settlement with the Yonkers Federation of Teachers, dated September 15, 2024, and hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to execute all documents pertaining to same and to take all actions consistent with the terms thereof.
