The Board of Education is required by their Medicaid Compliance Program to screen and monitor School District employees and vendors for exclusion, licensing, and disciplinary status with Medicare, Medicaid, OIG, State, NPDB, and regulatory boards on a monthly basis in order to bill Medicaid for related services.

RE: Amendment to Contract 2017-00000083 - Medicaid Compliance Exclusions
Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS, the Board of Education is required by their Medicaid Compliance Program to screen and monitor School District employees and vendors for exclusion, licensing, and disciplinary status with Medicare, Medicaid, OIG, State, NPDB, and regulatory boards on a monthly basis in order to bill Medicaid for related services,
WHEREAS, the Board has selected the firm of ZEBU Compliance Solutions, Inc., 609 Second Street, Suite 2, Portsmouth, Ohio 45662 to perform such services,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into contract for the 2017-2018 school year with the above named provider (Original amount of contract $5,000.00, Amended amount $ 2,000.00) for the new contract amount not to exceed $7,000.00.
