Resolution:
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend a contract with St. Joseph’s Medical Center to obtain additional services to provide district students with occupational and physical therapeutic services and evaluations for students for the 2024-2025 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with St. Joseph’s Medical Center a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an agreement with St. Joseph’s Medical Center to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with St. Joseph’s Medical Center at a cost not to exceed $6,048,248.00.
