Term: 365 calendar days
Amount: $20,000.00
Scope: To award a General Fund Purchase Order for the immediate need and planned supply of miscellaneous snow removal parts and equipment for the pending winter. Procurement will via Westchester County Contract RFB-WC-23225 “Snow Removal Equipment Parts” to BURQUIP. This is the same amount as last year which was fully expensed.

Resolution:
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with BURQUIP in order to maintain snow and ice-free parking lots and walkways in the most effective manner, and
WHEREAS miscellaneous snow removal parts and equipment are needed at various times for this task, and
WHEREAS such items are available for purchase via Westchester County Contract RFB-WC-23225 “Snow Removal Equipment Parts” to BURQUIP for the 2023-2024 school year, and
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with BURQUIP to provide snow removal equipment parts, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with BURQUIP via Westchester County Contract RFB-WC-23225 “Snow Removal Equipment Parts” at a cost not to exceed $20,000.00.
