First Mile Square LLC and Coxsackie Transport Company

Resolution:
|
Whereas the Yonkers Public School District provides transportation services for N.Z. and the State Education Department allows contracts with First Mile Square LLC and Coxsackie Transport Company.
Now therefore Be It Resolved : That said contracts to be effective July 1,2017
And Be It Further Resolved : that in accordance of the terms and conditions of contract modifications and hereby approved on condition that no such modification may exceed ten (10%) percent of contract price set forth without prior approval of the Board Of Education.
And Be It Further Resolved : that the Yonkers Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into the transportation contract agreements for the 2017-2018 School Year.
