Yonkers Public School is a Local Education Agency reporting to the New York State Education Department. WHEREAS: That the Yonkers Public School Special Education Department is a Local Education Agency receiving funds from the State of New York Education Department.
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of school to receive funding from the New York State Education Department in the amounts:
