This will allow for the purchase of football equipment for the merged teams. The equipment involves a variety of items including, but not limited to, practice gear, balls, chutes, tees, mouth guards etc. Stadium System is the lowest bid meeting specifications and we have worked with them in the past. The resolution will not exceed the total amount of Bid 6290,opening date 6/1/18, in the amount of $21,881.20.

WHEREAS Yonkers Public Schools has initiated a football merger.
WHEREAS Stadium System has placed a bid for the equipment which meets specifications.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education and the Superintendent of Schools approve the contract bid for Stadium System for football equipment in the amount of $21,881.20.
