1.Agreement with the Guidance Center of Westchester
Term: 2018 - 2019
Amount: $120.00 a day per student for the 2 hours of academic support as per the Home and Hospital rate.

Scope: Rebound is a full day program that offers academic support, counseling and electives for high school students with substance use and/or mental health issues.
Services will be determined as follows:
- On an as needed basis to be determined by the District based upon students' need.
- Student length of stay is determined by the individual student need.
- District would only be financially responsible for the academic tutoring portion of the day.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with The Guidance Center of Westchester which offers academic support, counseling and electives for high school students with substance use and/or mental health issues
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the School District hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with The Guidance Center of Westchester. At the rate of $120.00 per student for the 2 hour academic support as per the Home and Hospital rate.
