Scope: To amend Resolution #18.4, Board approved on 9/19/2017 for PACE Business Solutions. This amendment will allow for the purchase of additional software, a scanner and a maintenance agreement for the Language Acquisition Department to scan the new 2018 New York State Identification Test for English Language Learners (NYSITELL).
The additional cost for the software and scanner is $9912.50. This cost will be added to resolution #18.4 for $19,741 for a total amended cost of $29,653.50.

WHEREAS the renewal agreement with PACE Business Solutions for the 17-18 school year was approved on 9/19/17 and,
WHEREAS the amended resolution will include the purchase of new software, a scanner and a maintenance agreement associated with scanning the 2018 NYSITELL exams for the Language Acquisition Department,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an amended agreement with PACE Business Solutions at a total cost not to exceed $29,653.50
