Scope: Teachers College, Columbia University will provide Yonkers Public Schools with a donation of $48,900.00 to support Professional Development at Montessori School 27 and Montessori School 31. The professional development is comprised of workshops, project planning meetings, and classroom coaching.

WHEREAS, the donor, Teachers College, Columbia University wishes to donate $48,900.00 to support in Professional Development in Yonkers Public Schools during the term of initial contract,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education hereby approves the donation of $48,900 to Yonkers Public Schools.
It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education (“BOE”) and the City of Yonkers (the “City”) as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation
Counsel’s Office.
