FOCUS POPULATION: Students attending Yonkers Public Schools participating in the breakfast and lunch program.
SCOPE: Lowest responsible produce vendor delivering produce on Monday although produce prices fluctuate daily. Vendor Mivila Foods- does not stock fresh produce. Vendors Ace Endico and J. Kings, cannot deliver on Monday.

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with BROPHY BROTHERS to provide fresh fruit and vegetables to the students of YPS for the 2019-2020 school year.
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with BROPHY BROTHERS at a cost not to exceed $100,000.
