Rationale:
|
The purpose of this resolution is to allow the Yonkers Public School District to award RFP-374 to Coxsackie Transport Inc. in order to provide special education transportation services for J.C. (student)to Randolph, NY for the remainder of the 2017-2018 school year (6 trips pending for 2017-2018 school year). The yearly estimate for 2018-2019 School Year is 24 trips (12 round trips) at a cost of $900.00 per trip plus $80.00 for attendant.

Resolution:
|
Whereas: The Yonkers Public School District awards RFP-374 for services for J.C. to Coxsackie Transport Inc, for the remainder of the 2017-2018 school year.
Therefore Be It Resolved : that in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract modifications and hereby approved on condition that no such modification may exceed ten (10%) percent of the contract price set forth without prior approval of The Board Of Education.
And Be It Further Resolved : that the Yonkers Board Of Education authorizes the Superintendent of schools to exercise the option to extend for the 2018-2019 school year.
