This is to furnish and drop off delivery at the loading dock at Palisades Prep seventy-two (72) fold out cafeteria tables to replace those that are no longer serviceable which will be repurposed, used for parts or discard by in-house forces.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: the folding seventy-two (72) cafeteria tables at Palisade Prep. School are no longer serviceable, and
WHEREAS: these tables are available for purchase through National Public Seating, c/o HNE Equipment under NYS OGS Award 23109 Group 20915 Contract PC68395, at an acceptable price, and
WHEREAS: in accordance with General Municipal Law, the district is permitted to avail itself of the goods awarded in this contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the award for the furnishing and installation of Seventy two (72) folding cafeteria tables be awarded to: National Public Seating, C/O HNE Equipment 1493 Church Street, Holbrook, NY 11741 in an amount not to exceed $55,127.84 under NYS OGS Award 23109 Group 20915 Contract PC68395
