Term: July 1, 2018 - June 30,2019
Amount: $43,200.00

Scope: Vital Behavior Services shall provide services to assist the District in meeting the need of its special education students. On an as needed basis and as requested by the District, Vital Behavior Services will provide therapy and/or educational services to special education students and families within the School District. Services may include, but are not limited to:

Resolution: WHEREAS Vital Behavior Services shall provide services to assist the District in meeting the need of its special education students. On an as needed basis and as requested by the District, Vital Behavior Services will provide therapy and/or educational services to special education students and families within the School District.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with Vital Behavior Services in the amount not to exceed $43,200.00.
