RESOLUTION ABSTRACT:DELIVERY OF DIRECT DIVERSION FINISHED PRODUCT, IN COLLABORATION WITH NY OGS, USDA RAW BULK COMMODITY ENTITLEMENT PRODUCTS ARE DIRECTLY DIVERTED TO A PROCESSOR TO PRODUCE A FINAL PRODUCT THAT IS AN ACCEPTABLE MENU ITEM FOR STUDENTS,FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2018-2019.
FOCUS POPULATION: Students, teachers and employees of the Yonkers City Schools as specified in Schedule No. RFB-6264
CONTRACTOR: Lowest responsible bid submitted to the Purchasing Department in compliance with General Municipal Law.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS, bids for the delivery of Direct Diversion finished products, namely Chicken Nuggets and Pizza, were solicited and opened on April 13, 2018 in compliance with General Municipal Law and as a result of an examination of the bids submitted, the administration recommends the award to the lowest responsible bidders.
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: that the award for the delivery of Direct Diversion finished product for School Year 2018-2019 be awarded as follows:
