The Board of Education hereby records with deep regret the untimely death of Mr. Charles Zanchelli on December 23, 2017. Mr. Zanchelli worked as a Custodial Worker for the Yonkers Board of Education.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS the Board of Education hereby records with deep regret the untimely death of Mr. Charles Zanchelli on December 23, 2017. Mr. Zanchelli worked as a Custodial Worker for the Yonkers Board of Education, and
WHEREAS Mr. Zanchelli entered the employ of the Yonkers School District on February 20, 2008 as a Custodial Worker assigned to Emerson Middle School. Mr. Zanchelli worked at various buildings throughout his career and was assigned to Yonkers Montessori Academy until his untimely death.
WHEREAS the members of the Board of Education wish at this time to give formal recognition to Mr. Zanchelli's fine personal qualities and to the excellent service he rendered during his tenure with the Yonkers Public Schools.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That we, the Members of the Board of Education, on behalf of the entire Yonkers Public Schools' Community, do hereby give expression of our sorrow at the death of Mr. Zanchelli, and in the name of the Board of Education, we hereby record this message of appreciation.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this resolution be made a part of the official minutes of the Board of Education and that copies thereof be forwarded by the Secretary of the Board to the surviving members of his family.
