Scope- Rebound is a full day program that offers academic support,counseling and electives for high school student's with substance use and/or mental health issues.
Services will be determined as follows:
-On and as need basis to be determined by District based upon student's needs.
-Student's length of stay is determined by the District based upon students' need.
-District would only be financially responsible for the academic tutoring portion of the day.

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with The Guidance Center of Westchester which offers academic support, counseling and electives for high school students with substance use and/or mental health issues
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Superintendent of Schools to enter into and agreement with The Guidance Center of Westchester. At a rate of $120.00 per student for the 2 hours academic support as per the Home and Hospital rate for a total amended amount of contract not to exceed $63,120.00
