Amount of Subscription: $264,953.00
Scope - This resolution is to renew the Software as a Service (SaaS) Annual hosting and maintenance fees for eSchool Plus. On June 17, 2009 the Board of Trustees approved Board Report Number 09-6-490 for the implementation of this application to replace the previous Student Management System, SASIxp.
The above mentioned Board Report included the annual fee for hosting and maintenance as well as a onetime implementation fee, which has already been satisfied. The District implemented eSchool Plus and continues to use the system successfully. This resolution provides for the annual SaaS fees associated with the system as well as all added features and their associated maintenance which are as follows: 2017-2018 Annual Hosting Fees, $226,530.00, Enrollment Online Feature, $9,504.00, Mobile Admin Module, $11,382.00, Additional Customizations and Training $8,400.00 and Maintenance on Customizations on Customizations, $9,137.00 for a total of $264,953.00 for the 2017-2018 school year. This resolution represents no increase to the annual SaaS fees as compared for 2016-2017.

WHEREAS at the June 17, 2009, the Board of Trustees approved Board Report Number 09-6-490, for the implementation of eSchool Plus, and,
WHEREAS said implementation was completed and eSchool Plus was successfully rolled out District-wide in September 2010 and continues to be used successfully, and,
WHEREAS this renewal is for the annual Software as a Service (SaaS) hosting and maintenance fees for the
2017-2018 school year, along with the associated maintenance charges for all additions and customizations. PowerSchool has agreed to waive all price increases to the District’s annual SaaS fees through June 30, 2018.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Superintendent of Schools is hereby authorized to continue the agreement with PowerSchool to provide eSchool Plus web based student management system at a total annual hosting/maintenance cost of $226,530.00 for the 2017-2018 school year as well as $9,504.00 for the maintenance of the Enrollment Online Feature, $11,382.00 for the Mobile Admin Module, $8,400.00 for any additional customizations and trainings for the 2017-2018 school year and $9,137.00 for Maintenance on Customizations, bringing the total resolution to $264,953.00.
