Rationale:
|
Effective January 01,2018 through June 30,2018 to transport student to Batavia,NY. NY School for the Blind, Special Education transportation services with the following Vendor : Coxsackie Transport Company. Note: The existing resolution expired 12/31/2017. We are requesting to extend the existing resolution to 6/30/2018. Delay due to unsuccessful response to RFP's.

Resolution:
|
Whereas the Yonkers Public School District provides transportation services for N.Z. and the State Education Department allows contract with Coxsackie Transport Company.
Now therefore be it Resolved: That said contract to be effective : January 01,2018
And Be it Further Resolved : that in accordance of the terms and conditions of contract modifications and hereby approved on condition that no such modification may exceed ten (10%) percent of contract price set forth without prior approval of the Board of Education.
And Be It Further Resolved: that the Yonkers Board Of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into the transportation contract agrrement for the 2017-2018 School Year.
