Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers is required to provide services to a disabled student as mandated on the Individual Educational Plan (IEP), and
WHEREAS the Board of Education, in compliance with this mandate, has determined that these services can be best provided by The Execu/Search Group, Inc.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with The Execu/Search Group, Inc. for the July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 school year in an amount not to exceed $153,050.00
