Scope: The purpose of this amendment is for additional supportive services/consultancy to provide district students grades 7-12 with substance abuse counseling services. These services will address opioid prevention and misuse.

Resolution:
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend a contract with Student Assistance Services to purchase consulting services to provide district students with substance abuse counseling services for the 2024-2025 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Students Assistance Services a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an agreement with Student Assistance Services to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with Student Assistance Services at a cost not to exceed $543,122.00.
