WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the YCSD and the YFT desire to settle Public Employment Relations Board Case No. U-38795; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the YCSD and the YFT have reached an Agreement; and
WHEREAS, The Board of Education of the YCSD has had an opportunity to review the terms of the Agreement, and finds that the terms are fair, reasonable and appropriate under the circumstances;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board hereby approves the Stipulation of Settlement with the YFT, dated September 13, 2024, and hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to execute all documents pertaining to same and to take all actions consistent with the terms thereof. |
