Resolution
|
WHEREAS by Resolution 15.4 dated October 18, 2023, the Board of Education authorized the procurement for the purchase of two (2) RAV 4 AWD Electric Plug-In Vehicles from Hudson Toyota via Westchester County Contract RFB-WC 23308 “Plug-In Hybrid Sport Utility Vehicles”, and
WHEREAS the emergency amber lighting is being added at a cost of $1,786.00 per vehicle, for safety purposes, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to add the Emergency Amber Lighting option to each of the two (2) RAV 4 AWD Electric Plug-In Vehicles from Hudson Toyota, via Westchester County Contract RFB-WC 23308, to Non-CIP Fund Purchase Order 2024-3050. |
