NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Trustees of the Board of Education hereby approve funding for Independent Evaluations in the areas of neuropsychology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, assistive technology, behavioral, and speech/language in resolution of impending litigation,
NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent and/or his designee is hereby authorized to execute any documents in furtherance of this resolution |
