The lockers in the pool locker rooms are 26 years old, in a relatively harsh environment and rusted out in many locations. This is to remove and replace those lockers. |

Resolution
|
Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: the lockers at Yonkers Montessori Academy have become unserviceable, and
WHEREAS: these lockers are available for purchase and installation through Southern Westchester BOCES Contract 2017-18-C12 at an acceptable price from Young Equipment Supply, and
WHEREAS: in accordance with General Municipal Law, the District is permitted to avail itself of the goods awarded in this contract
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the purchase order to furnish and install new lockers at Yonkers Montessori Academy be awarded to:
Young Equipment Sales, Inc.
325 Rabro Drive
Hauppauge, NY 11788
Through Southern Westchester BOCES Contract 2017-18-C12 an amount not to exceed $44,355.00
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Yonkers Board of Education authorizes the Purchasing Agent to issue the above purchase order to Young Equipment Sales, Inc. |
