Resolution

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to obtain the services of the above contractor to provide Speech Therapy, for special education students at School 29 for the Summer Extended Program,and
WHEREAS the Board of Education has selected Kings Education Services to provide these services,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with Kings Education Services in an amended amount not to exceed $5,940.00 |
