This is a resolution to address payment for services rendered with the Board Of Cooperative Education Services (BOCES) of Southern Westchester for the 2017-2018 School Year.
The Contract increase is in the amount of $3380.22 to cover administrative fees. Total Amount Not To Exceed is $25,180.22 |

Resolution
|
Whereas : the Board of Cooperative Services (BOCES) of Southern Westchester has been duly authorized to enter into agreements with the Board of Education for transportation services under provisions of Section 1950-51 of the New York State Education Law.
Whereas : the appropriate administrative personnel has reviewed the transportation offered by BOCES and the requirements of the Yonkers students for the 2017-2018 school year.
Now Therefore Be It Resolved : That the Superintendent of Schools be and is hereby authorized to execute the 2017-2018 Contract # 2018-704 Boces Southern Westchester Contract for transportation services and administration fees not to exceed the amount of $25,180.22
It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of the certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education ("BOE") and the City of Yonkers (the "City") as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16,2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City's Board of Contract and Supply.
Furthermore : this agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel's Office. |
