WHEREAS, the Board of Education hereby approves the attached list of DASA Coordinators for each of the schools within the Yonkers Public School District for the 2017-2018 school year in accordance with the Dignity for All Students Act, codified at NYS Ed. Law §§10-18, and the Commissioner of Education Regulations, 8 NYCRR § 100.2(jj).
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the attached list of individuals are duly designated as DASA Coordinators for the 2017-2018 school year. |
