RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Yonkers City School District hereby ratifies and approves the Stipulation of Settlement with Employee ID# 40915 dated September 28, 2017 and hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to execute all documents pertaining to same and to take all actions consistent with the terms thereof. |
