RESOLUTION ABSTRACT: FOR THE PURCHASE, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF COMMERICAL KITCHEN EQUIMENT FOR VARIOUS YONKERS SCHOOLS CAFETERIAS.

NYSED EQUIPMENT GRANT AWARD - Requisition Number 2019-00005916

FOCUS POPULATION: Students, teachers and employees of the Yonkers City School District.

ASSESSMENT PROCESS:
The vendor will furnish, deliver and install commercial kitchen equipment to the Yonkers City School District as specified in RFB-6360. Form of Procurement: GML 103.

CONTRACTOR: Lowest bid submitted to the Purchasing Department in compliance with General Municipal Law.

Ladies and Gentlemen:

WHEREAS, the bid for Commercial Kitchen Equipment was solicited on March 13, 2019, in compliance with General Municipal Law and as a result of an examination of the bids submitted, the administration recommends the award to the lowest responsible bidders, and,

WHEREAS, the Food Services Department of Yonkers Public Schools was awarded a NYSED Equipment Grant to purchase new cafeteria equipment, and,

WHEREAS, the Grant award is to be utilized by July 31, 2019,and,

WHEREAS, the Award for Commercial Kitchen Equipment be awarded as follows:
