Resolution
|
WHEREAS via resolution 15.7 dated September 20,2023, the Board of Education authorized the award of Contract 2024-0383 “Maintenance and Repair Services of Emergency & Exit lights” to ABE Fran, LLC d/b/a All Bright Electric, and
WHEREAS said contract provides for the option to renew by mutual consent under the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) 365 calendar year extensions, and
WHEREAS there is mutual consent of the parties to extend this contract for the first of the two possible extensions.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to issue the first extension of Service Contract No. 2024-0383, “Maintenance and Repair Services of Emergency & Exit lights” to ABE Fran, LLC d/b/a All Bright Electric, in the amount of $141,575.00 for 365 calendar days, increasing the contract from $141,575.00 to $283,150.00 and the term to 730 calendar days. |
