Lehman College Art Gallery
Term: May, 2018 – August, 2018
Amount: $500
Scope: Agreement to amend existing contract with Lehman College Art Gallery to provide additional services in the form of a Parent and Child Art Making Workshop and campus and public art tour during the MBK Parent Academy program. This is an amendment to the existing master contract of 2018-00000493 of $2,000 (BOE approved 12/20/17, BOCS approved 12/28/17) and represents an increase of $500 due to an increase of services being provided. The total contract amount will be $2,500.

Resolution
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education amend its existing contract with Lehman College Art Gallery to purchase consulting services to support a Parent and Child Art Making Workshop and campus and public art tour during the MBK Parent Academy program for the May 2018 to August 2018 term,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Lehman College Art Gallery, a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the District has determined that these services can best be provided by Lehman College Art Gallery, and,
WHEREAS the District has evaluated past services from the vendor and has determined that Lehman College Art Gallery has performed in a satisfactory manner, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Lehman College Art Gallery at a cost not to exceed $500.
It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education (“BOE”) and the City of Yonkers (the “City”) as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel’s Office. |
