RE: Award on Dairy Cheeses-Cafeteria Department for School Year 2018-2019
Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS, bids for Dairy Cheeses were solicited and opened on April 13, 2018 in compliance with General Municipal Law and as a result of an examination of the bids submitted, the administration recommends the award to the lowest responsible bidders.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the award for Dairy Cheeses for School Year 2018-2019 be awarded as follows:
Mivila Foods $5,113.60
Maximum Quality Foods $4,428.00
H. Schrier & Co. $178.00
TOTAL AWARD: $9,719.60
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with the above named firms. |
