WHEREAS, the donor, Produce Tech Giants, donated a tractor trailer load of fruit and vegetables in the amount of $45,000 from the United Fruit Group to the Yonkers Public Schools during the COVID-19 Emergency,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education
hereby approves the donation of fresh produce in the amount of $45,000 to the Yonkers Public Schools.
