|
|
This is to authorize the Superintendent of School to enter into a 2 year lease with the YPA operators of the public parking garage at Buena Vista Avenue. This will provide 45 parking spaces to the Central Office building. The annual cost is not to exceed $27,000.00. The term of this contract shall be for 2 years commencing August 1, 2017 and terminating on July 31, 2019. |

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS; the District has a need for adequate parking for its Central Office at One Larkin Center, and,
WHEREAS; such parking is available and offered to the District at the garage located at Buena Vista Avenue and Hudson Street by the City of Yonkers Parking Authority, and
WHEREAS; the District has negotiated a 2 year lease for 45 parking spaces at $50.00 per space per month ,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education authorize the Superintendent of Schools to execute this license agreement with City of Yonkers Parking Authority, 8 Buena Vista Avenue, Yonkers, New York 10701 for an amount not to exceed $27,000.00 per year for two years. |
